Back from Essen
We are back from the Essen Game Convention where BattleLore was presented.

A game in process
We will get back to our regular posting, next week.
In the meantime, if you wish to have a look at the content of a BattleLore box, head to Tric Trac (the French equivalent of boardgamegeek) and enjoy the hilarious “Open the box”

Sigh. You just keep teasing us. The tric trac video was great … but is there room in the “big box” for all the new addictions (I mean figures) you are going to be releasing for the game?

For everyone that pre-ordered the game on the Days of Wonder website, will the Hill Giant be shipping ahead of the game? I thought I read that somewhere a while back.

Welcome back!
Please tease us with more juicy bits for as long as possible and as often as possible.
Looking at boxes that are apparently as high as two Queen’s Necklackes stacked (and it’s rather thick for a small box) fills me with joy.

The game looked good, but the promo miniature that will be freely available at fairs and conventions wasn’t availible in English. Bah.

My FLGS just got in my Hill Giant! He e-mailed me all the stats, but I won’t spoil the surprise for people.

Battlelore sounds to be an amazing and beautifull game!
I’ve read nothing up to now about potentially impetuous troops (that could for exemple try and charge the closest ennemy by themselves, even if it makes the general face great troubles!): Is impetuosity something you plan to introduce in later extension units (for exemple knights or warriors)?

Please throw us a new bone…..

It seems that the game is now available to certain folks.

A game store in New Hampshire has a demo copy, and some reports on it, see:
